High Pressure Hydro Jetting Drain And Sewer Cleaning
October 12, 2019Avoiding Chemical Drain Cleaners
October 20, 2019When you call us to clean your drains professionally, we’ll arrive at your home and greet you in a friendly professional manner, using covers on our shoes before we step into your home. Then, we’ll do the following:
Ask Questions: We’ll spend some time learning the history of your home and your plumbing, asking questions to learn about whether you’ve had issues with your plumbing, your drains, or your fixtures.
Define the Service: We’ll set up a clear plan for your service from the beginning, so that you’re able to fully understand how we diagnose the issue, clean your drains, and inspect plumbing with a camera.
Diagnostics: We’ll test your existing fixtures and inspect any areas that aren’t working correctly. This will help us evaluate the issue and decide what equipment we’ll need to solve the problem.
Prepare for Service: We’ll clear access areas leading to your plumbing, then put down drop cloths throughout the area to protect your carpet and furnishings.
Run the drain cleaner: This is when we clean the pipes completely. We completely clear the sewer line of blocks and sewage. If we think that the clog is located outside of your home, or that the line is unable to be cleared, we’ll recommend that you have a camera inspection of the area so we can effectively determine the problem and see how severe it is.
Test the Fixtures: After we’ve drained and cleaned the sewer line, we’ll run a few of your fixtures at once to test the flow of your system.
Final Camera Inspection: After we’ve cleaned your drains and cleared the entire sewer line, we’ll inspect the area with a camera to find the cause of the issue. This could help us see broken or damaged sewer lines. If so, our plumber will likely recommend replacement or repair so that you don’t keep having ongoing issues.
Our average drain cleaning procedure takes an hour or two from start to finish. Contact Alto Sewer today in Burnsville, MN.
